PLEASE NOTE: Sound quality is based on YOUR audio system. We highly recommend that you join on a wi-fi network with a device that can connect to speakers (direct line-in connection seems to be best). We definitely recommend that you connect on a wi-fi network, not cellular. If you are having problems with the audio, go to Zoom.us and click on the BLUE HELP icon on lower screen right. Type in “AUDIO SETTINGS”. They have info on how to navigate sound issues.
